How do I place an order at genericpharmacyusa?

A prospective customer have to register with genericpharmacyusa. Registration is essential so that we receive require details of the customer. After the registration, the customer can browse for the product they need, choose it and add to the cart. Further, the customer should follow the guidelines like providing the payment mode, valid shipping address and finally making payment through selected payment mode.

How to track my order at genericpharmacyusa?

We provide the customers with an order number after they order the medicine at our site. Customers can either make an email or call us with respect to the order tracking details and facilitate with the required information such as your order number asked by our executive. Our executive will give you all the information of your current order.

How do I cancel my order?

Order cancellation is applicable only within the duration of 24 hours of placing an order. A customer can cancel their order by placing a call or writing an email about order cancellation. This can be done only if the order has not been approved. If once order is approved already then the customer cannot cancel their order.

You can now cancel order from the “Order details” screen before your medicines are out for delivery. You can also refuse accepting the order at the time of delivery. If you’ve made an online payment, we will initiate the process of refund into the payment source.

How do I know if my order is placed successfully?

As soon as the order is placed by the customer, she/he will get an mail containing invoice of the order from the support staff. In case, the customer does not receive any mail, then the placed should not be considered successful and the order would be need to place again.

Further, once your order is dispatched for your destination, the customer receives a second mail from our executive with Order Tracking Number and details.

What do I do if I get wrong or damaged items?

If you experience this inconvenience from our side, please go to “My Orders”, click on your order & then lick ‘Return’. We will start the process and resolve the matter.

When I will receive my order?

After you order with genericpharmacyusa, you’ll be given details of the order which will also include ‘Estimated Delivery Date.’ You can view this by selecting your order from “My orders” section. Keep a look-out on order tracking and mail for order delivery updates.

Why genericpharmacyusa sells the generic drug at low prices?

Many manufacturers of generic drug spend lot of money for the purpose of research and development on various generic medicines. Hence, there is no cost spent on marketing. At genericpharmacyusa, we have a direct contact with manufacturers since years and we buy generic medicine from them and we facilitate marketing for these products. Therefore, the price of generic drug is less.

Are there any hidden charges involved at genericpharmacyusa?

Absolutely no, there are no such kind of hidden charges. Everything is detailed and transparent to the customer on the site.

How do I get an invoice for my order?

To receive an invoice for your order, navigate the app to “my orders,” select your respective order and you will find an option to download the invoice in a PDF format. You can also get your invoice via email.

When I will receive order?

You will be receiving your respective order within the ‘Estimated Delivery Date’ as committed during order placement. You can check for order delivery updates by selecting your order from “My orders” section.

What is the shelf life of medicines being provided?

All our medicines have, at least, a minimum shelf life duration of 3 months from the date of delivery. We do not entertain medicines with lesser shelf life from our partner retailers.

Items are missing from my order?

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. Our partner retailers keep a check on the order to avoid such an event. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of your order delivery and we will look into the matter.

I want to make changes/ modify my order?

We’re sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be edited or modified. You’ve to make a fresh order with any sort of modifications.

My order detail is updated as ‘delivered’ but I did not receive my order yet?

After placing my order can I update shipping address?

You can contact our executive through email and ask them to update the address with your valid address. This is applicable only for 24 hours duration after an order placed.

What is a valid prescription?

A valid prescription should include the following details:

  • Date of Prescription
  • Patients name
  • Doctor’s name
  • Doctor’s degree
  • Duration/ Dosage of medicines
  • Doctor’s Signature/ Stamp
  • Doctor’s registration number

If you’ve a prescription please provide us. 

What types of payment genericpharmacyusa accept?

We accept Master, VISA, PayPal, echeck, American express, Discover and Western Union Payments.

How can I make an online payment?

Online payment is accepted only after the bill is prepared and your order is ready to be shipped. Payments can’t be made at the time of order placement. Once the order is confirmed, you shall receive a notification on your app and an SMS with the payment link. Click on it to make the payment.

When will I get my refund payment?

Once the process of refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method. 

There is no confirmation of payment for my order?

Online payment conformations are completely dependent on the issuing bank. Online payments are updated immediately in most of the cases. However, if you still do not see any confirmation, please refresh the App or website. If you’re still experiencing the same inconvenience, please reach out to us for assistance.

Does genericpharmacyusa pick up the product I want to return from my location?

No, you can either reject the parcel from receiving it, in case if you’ve already received then please ship it back to the address provided on the package for sender.

What are the return criteria on genericpharmacyusa?

As per the policy on genericpharmacyusa, you can raise a request within 5 days of delivery for normal medicines and within 3 days of delivery for Refrigerated medicines.

If your medicine still falls under the return criteria and you’re unable to raise a request for return, please contact us immediately.

What I should do if I receive wrong products?

In this scenario, you receive wrong items, please navigate to “My orders”, section and tap on your order & you must click on the ‘Return’ tab. We will resolve the matter, now you can place a new order for the needed drugs. 

What are the eligibility criteria to return medicines?

If the medicines are opened, package is tampered, partially medicines are utilized or disfigured in any way then t is not eligible for the returns. Items must be there in original manufacturer’s packaging along with the barcode intact & labels.

How can I change the phone number linked to my account?

Kindly connect with us over an email, chat or call us with your request. We will take an action and process the request within 24-48 hours.

How can I change the email address linked to my account?

To change your email ID, go to the account section and select the option “edit profile” and change the mentioned email ID. A verification email will be sent to your new email ID.

Can I get a different dosage other than what is mentioned in the prescription?

No, you can only receive the dosage as mentioned in the prescription. We do not provide self-prescribed medicines.

What is your standard delivery time?

We generally deliver orders within 1-7 business days depending on your address. We send you an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.
