Our Guarantee Policy includes the following

  • A return of the product(s) will be accepted if the customer provides valid claims up to receiving faulty or damaged product(s).

  • If the customer receives less quantity of the product(s), a refund will be generated or the specified product(s) will be reshipped.

  • In a rare scenario, if the customer receives a different product(s) other than the one they ordered, a fresh package of requested product(s) will be shipped to the customer. However, the wrong package(s) must be returned to us.

  • If the customer receives a damaged package, which is rare, we will take back the package and send a fresh one.

  • If the product is shipped to the wrong location, we will be held responsible for resending it to the correct location. But if the customer provides a wrong location, we are not at fault.

  • If the product(s) received is due to expire in 3 months despite its shelf life being more than 3 months, we will take the package and send a fresh one.

  • The package will be accepted for return or refund if it follows all the criteria mentioned in our Refund Policy.
